Under the auspices of Seva Bharati Trust, Guledgudd, a mobile dispensary was started on 7 October 2004 and dedicated to the public on 11 April 2005 by His Holiness Shri Kashi Jagadguru Dr. Chandrashekhar Shivacharya Maha Swamiji.
A van led by a doctor, equipped with basic equipment and routine medicines, visits and serves as many as 20 villages. The local Laxmi Sahakari Bank, Guledgudd, donated an ambulance to strengthen the service.
